Me: “I can’t believe that i’m going to make my very first salad breakfast.”
Justin: “Muahaha. I tell u.. after a while. u’ll feel good eating it..”
Me: “Yes i believe so.. but i doubt i feel good to wake up earlier and make the freaking breakfast by myself.”
Justin: “haha..”
My beloved colleague Mr. Justin Timberlake Loo (ok, I made it up, he doesn’t have a middle name “Timberlake”) taught me a method on how to get rid of my on-growing-bigger-tummy by controlling Carbohydrate intake.
How? Eat less rice, less noodles, less sugar, less condensed milk, less breads, less potatoes, less cereals, and less big bao 大包 – my breakfast for almost everyday.
Damn! I am a typical Asian, noodles and rice are my everyday meal, I’ll go hysteria if I don’t get to eat noodles or rice for 2 days. It sounds crazy to me but I have no choice but to give it a shot.
So I bought butterhead lettuce, pork ham, sausage, and a bottle of caesar salad dressing.

For the very first time, I’d wake up much earlier than usual to make breakfast by myself instead of getting it from food stall.
Will my project get-rid-of-tummy succeed?

trust me i tried dat for 2 weeks n i REALLY slim down….but i couldnt tahan not eating rice/noodles/bread so i gave up…
